Refund policy
A straightforward 14-day promise for every LifeAtlas digital pack.
Pre-launch policy draft. Checkout is not yet live, and these terms may be updated before public sales begin.
14-day refund promise
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase, including a change of mind. This voluntary promise applies even if you have downloaded the files. Refund abuse, fraud, or repeated claims may be declined where permitted by law.
File problems
If a file is missing, corrupted, the wrong size, or materially different from the approved preview, contact hello@lifeatlasprint.com during the 30-day access period. LifeAtlas will first try to repair or replace it promptly without charging you again. If a material problem cannot be resolved, you may receive a full refund. Your mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed products are not limited by these time periods.
Personalization changes
Spelling, dates, and life moments entered or approved by you are not file defects. You can correct them and export the files again during the included 30-day edit period. The 14-day refund promise still applies.
How to request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. You may also email hello@lifeatlasprint.com for help. Include the order email address and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment card details or publish your private download link.
After a full refund
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Access to the purchased files, editing, and recovery links ends after a full refund. Bank processing time may vary.
Printing costs
LifeAtlas does not control third-party printers and does not include printing or framing. Check the file, size, and printer preview before placing a print order. Printing, framing, shipping, and other third-party costs are not reimbursed unless LifeAtlas agrees otherwise in writing before the cost is incurred.
Mandatory rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, non-waivable consumer rights in your country or state. Where Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, or applicable law gives you greater protection, that greater protection applies.
