This policy describes how LifeAtlas handles personal information for the digital birthday print service.

Information you provide
The generator can contain a recipient name, birth date, celebration date, dedication, and life moments. Before checkout, this draft is stored in your browser and is not sent to LifeAtlas.
Who handles your information
LifeAtlas is an independently operated digital product based in mainland China and handles the poster and support information described here. The operator's legal name and contact address will be added before public sales. Paddle separately handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts, and refund information under its own privacy notice.
Orders and delivery
At checkout, LifeAtlas processes the details needed to create, deliver, and recover an order, including an email address, payment status, and the purchased poster snapshot. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by LifeAtlas.
Retention
Purchased poster data is available for editing and download for 30 days. After that period, access is disabled. Order, security, and fraud-prevention records may be kept longer where needed for legal obligations, disputes, refunds, and accounting.
Analytics
With your consent, LifeAtlas uses Vercel Web Analytics and may use PostHog to understand aggregate visits and product usage. Analytics does not receive names, dates, dedications, life moments, email addresses, access tokens, or poster files. Private purchase, recovery, and checkout pages are excluded. Non-essential analytics remains off until you choose Allow analytics.
Your choices
You can clear the browser draft with Start over. You can use the private purchase link to delete stored poster content, or request access or deletion by emailing hello@lifeatlasprint.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
